Interview
First and second round interviews were with the marketing manager. They happened in quick succession and an offer was quickly issued. It was clear they wanted someone asap. They were flexible in accomodating my schedule (had to meet early before work).

Question 1
They predominately asked about projects I had worked on rather than specifically pre-written questions. They were looking for evidence that I had successfully implemented strategies in the FMCG pharmacy space.
