Menzies Aviation interview questions

They asked a lot of yes and no questions, but don't just reply a simple answer...say yes i able to work in all-weather condition and i understand that's part of the job, they ask what's your strength and weakness, or what would you do if you see someone who's not following the rules, and tell me a time where you have to deal dangerous or not so well friendly worker, last at least they ask how important is communication, etc...

I applied for an aircraft fueller position with Menzies. I was contacted for a phone interview first where they asked about details on my resume before I was invited to write a test and interview in person.
