I was contacted by a recruiter from NHS, although I did complete an application for the position. I interviewed with the BHRS Supervisor. I received an offer within 6 hours. The supervisor was relaxed and easy to talk to. The recruiter was polite and answered all of my questions in a very timely manner.

Two step interview process with first with program director and second with a panel of interviewers after a phone screen with a recruiter. Second interview was about a week after the first.
