I arrived to the office 15 minutes before my scheduled interview time and was sent home by the person who answered the front door because I was told no one else was there in the office. The person took my name and number on a post-it note. Once I got home, I received a call from one of the interviewers saying that they were at the office and they thought I hadn't shown up. I asked if I should return and the person begrudgingly agreed. I arrived (again) and there was no apology for the hassle. I was asked repetitive questions from a worksheet, there was no discussion, and the interviewers simply wrote down my answers. "What are three words you would use to describe yourself?" "What are three words a coworker would use to describe you?" "What are three words a manager would use to describe you?" When I asked the interviewers questions about the role and the organization, they attempted to discourage me from the position.
