I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Meraki (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2014
Interview
Initial call was with a recruiting manager to determine potential fit. That recruiting manager was then the point of the contact for all the other interview phases, and frankly was an invaluable resource in terms of knowing what to expect and moving through the process. In addition to initial screening, there was a follow-up phone call with a hiring manager, and then a final interview consisting of 4 back-to-back in person interviews.

Question 1
Who was the worst manager you had? I didn't expect a negative question and have had only positive experiences with managers, so this was difficult to answer.

Interview
My recruiter Katy was incredible. She took care of everything for me and made this process extremely easy. I was working a very time consuming job at the time of interviewing and Katy made it possible to juggle both a demanding job and a job search. I had a few phone interviews followed by a 2 hour onsite interview before being offered the job.
