I feel like the interview process was a complete waste of time. I went through 6 interviews and never heard a word back despite being told I would have an answer by the following week. I reached out to the recruiter twice and never got a response. I think it’s really unprofessional to ghost a candidate. It’s okay if I wasn’t a match for the job, but at least respect my time. It seems this experience isn’t unique to me, so I guess this is just how their interview process works. Someone told me it took them two months to hear back. Honestly I’m no longer interested in working for this organization. This whole process just left a bad taste in mouth. The interviews themselves went seemingly well. The first interview was with the recruiter then I had my initial interview with a manager. After the first interview I received an email stating that I was moving onto the next round. They scheduled me for 4 interviews spread out over a couple of months. The next four interviews focused on behavioral questions, past experience, and technology. All of the interviews were pretty straight forward.
