Mercantile Bank interview questions

The interview process began with a phone interview which was quite straightforward. This first step consisted of me sharing my story and walking through my resume. Second, there was a short Accounting Test followed by an in-person interview with two members of the credit team. This interview was much more in-depth than the phone interview. The final interview was with the Commercial Credit Manager at Mercantile Bank. This interview was very conversational and less technical than the second interview. I received an offer shortly after this interview concluded.

The process was very straightforward and was not difficult. The only thing that is needed to be prepared for is a basic accounting quiz they give you in your first-round interview.
