I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mercedes-Benz International in Mar 2021
Interview
Very simple with 4 steps for 1) screening process, 2) quick overview on how to solve problems, 3) technical Q&A interviews and 4) cultural fit. The HR people are lovely and very respectful of your time. People making the technical interviews are not very well prepared, mostly because they got confused and mixed up while talking about different methodologies of development.

Question 1

- Professional background
- How do you deal with people and teams

- Give a detailed step-by-step process on how to discontinue an app/service that was requested by a new stakeholder.
I applied online. I interviewed at Mercedes-Benz International (Lisbon, Lisbon District) in Feb 2021
Interview
3 interviews:
1st stage - technical assessment - 2 interviewers scrum masters, based on role plays
2nd stage - technical assessment - 2 interviewers product owners, based on role plays
3rd stage - cultural fit assessment - 2 HR interviewers
IMPORTANT: the HR person that is responsible for your application explains you the process of interview telling you that when you reach 3rd stage it's because you passed the technical assessments and your success is only dependent on cultural fit assessment. This is not true. After completing the 3rd stage I didn't get an offer because I wasn't technically senior enough. This is specially important if you are on other job applications.
Their HR needs to improve their expectation management and understand that a bad interview process results in a bad image of the company.
