Got in touch based on cold outreach but they were very impressed and wanted me to apply. I had other firms I was in touch with but gave it a shot to learn more about their company.
It was slow but really great interview process. The people were nice and didn’t ask too hard of questions. Overall very good experience. Wouldn’t stress too much about it just know the basics about the company and common interview questions.

Went through 4 rounds of interviews although 2-3 rounds of interviews seems to be the norm. 1st interviews 20-30 min phone interview with a recruiter, 2nd interview with a Wealth Manager, 3/4 with the MD. Company gets relatively back quick, fast pace growing RIA.
