Mercer Foods interview questions

I applied, got a response two days later, then I came in for an interview that was just a tour. It seemed like I was chosen at random with hardly any consideration for the content of my resume.

I applied online, that same week I got a call from HR to set up a phone interview. I got an invite to an oral interview the following week. I interviewed with the same HR person who did the phone screen and two managers. Although they all had a set of questions they wanted to ask, I liked the fact that they went “off-script” at times which helped make the situation less intimidating. I realized things went south for me when one of the managers seemed to be fixated on the fact that I resigned from my last job without having one to fall back on.
