Interviewed by direct supervisor. Asked to complete an online assignment to demonstrate qualifications. Found the assignment to be challenging. One benefit was that the interviewer had provided a summary of proposal approach that provided clues for completing the assignment. A good listener would do well.

Several rounds of interviews with hiring managers and colleagues on the team. Everyone was very nice and put me at ease. A lot of situational questions (such as, "Tell me about a time when...")
