Interview
Someone from HR reached out to me by email to schedule a phone interview a few days after applying. The phone interview lasted about 20 minutes. The interview was personable and I was asked typical interview questions. If you do well on the phone interview, you’ll be asked to complete an assessment. If you pass the assessment you will be scheduled for a Zoom interview. It’s a panel interview with different department heads. Once I was initially contacted the entire process took approximately 1-2 weeks.

Interview
Initial phone interview then invited for a in person interview. The hiring manager was sweet and easy going. I was asked about my experience and why I was interested in working for them. Some STAR questions nothing crazy. Overall great experience.

the interviews were done by all women, there was no male supervisors.managers, i had to wait almost an hour both times because the group of women interviewing came back from lunch late.
