Mercury Media interview questions

I was emailed and asked for an interview that in the following couple days. The employees dressed very casual. Interview was easy but the position, pay, and benefits were vague. I was emailed for another interview and asked to come that day or the next. Asked again about pay and was told she didn't know. At the time of my interview there was a lot of ambiguity.

Very straight forward interview. Met with the Account Director, had a call with the SVP of Marketing, spoke with the VP of Talent, and met with the EVP of Marketing. Every person I met just got me more and more excited for the role and the opportunity. The team was extremely transparent in regards to the current state of the New York office, which I appreciated. While it may have scared some people away, the opportunity to set a foundation for a team is extremely exciting. Each person at Mercury Media allowed me to ask countless questions about anything and everything.
