Interview
Over the phone interview with manager . Must be at least twenty-five to thirty minutes for the whole interview process. Then you just wait to hear back from them, if you’re offered a position humans resources will contact you to let you know when your start day will be.

Interview
In person interview with members of staff followed by shadow in the emergency room triage area. During the shadow process real patients were involved but I did not sign a HIPAA agreement/acknowledgement.
