Mercy Retirement & Care Center interview questions

Great overall experience. Staff is friendly and is not interrogating at all. Takes between 3 weeks to complete everything and to complete the personality quiz. They want you to be comfortable and make sure you are a good fit for the company.

45 minute one on one interview with supervisor. Supervisor asked few personal informations and mostly scenario and previous nursing experiences questions. It was a very comfortable moment. Supervisor made it not a nerve wrecking interview.
