Each step was well communicated. I had an initial call with a screener, and then a zoom interview with several team members. The timeline was reasonable. I did not receive an offer.
It is comprehensive but everyone I met was kind and enthusiastic. It was extensive and I think they were up front and honest about what to expect. They had good follow up.
This was an odd interview experience. I applied for a job posting for a general Career Coach role. I was contacted by a Recruiter to schedule an interview for said role. However, once I got to the interview, the interviewers told me it was a niche Career Coach role for a new program they were testing out, and it required different skills than what was listed in the job description. The Recruiter did not mention anything about this in advance, so I was wholly unprepared to interview with my best foot forward.
I felt like the interview went well overall, and the interviewers were affirming my answers and even said they felt I would be a great fit. However, after a week of silence, I emailed the Recruiter for an update and received a generic rejection email 10 minutes after my follow-up.
