I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Merkle (London, England) in Sept 2016
Interview
1. 30 minute phone interview with an account manager.
Fairly straightforward, asks about A Level choices, University and degree/module choice(s), why are you interested in digital marketing, what do you know about different types of digital marketing strategies.
2. Face-to-face interview with 2 managers/heads.
Very relaxed environment, they're really friendly and the office is really nice! Interview was similar to the phone interview, asking about CV etc. Also asked more about web analytics and software used (Google Analytics), so know about these!! They also asked how I'd go about analysing some data using Google Attribution. It can get very technical nearer the end of the interview.... They make the questions sound easy/simple which is misleading as you don't know how much detail to go in.
NOTE (for both interviews): Job spec says that you don't need to know much about the industry.. but actually you do, so do thorough research, write down/learn/memorise what it is, e.g. CRO, how it works, etc. You actually need to know about your chosen stream in great detail as well as other steams e.g. PPC, programmatic display. Also know about the software that they use and how they use it.

Question 1
Logic question, on the spot: You have two buckets, 5L and 7L, with no markings whatsoever and also have unlimited water. Get 6L exactly.
