The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Merkle in Jan 2009
Interview
I Interviewed with four different people, back to back, one after the other. It was pretty simple and straight to the point. It was mostly behavioral questions and not much else. I was applying for a low level analyst position so there weren't many technical questions. Just "do you know ______?" and I would answer yes or no. The facility was nice and they paid for lunch & the drive.
the interview had basic sql and questions about python libraries.. it also involved basic understanding of analytics and data cleaning. and rest of the interview went really smooth.. data cleaning and data processing was also there
There are thrre rounds of interview. First is on phone call. Asking for the introduction and some basic questions related to your previous experience and role. Second, is of technical interview.
The recruitment process began with an Online Assessment (OA), followed by a Group Discussion (GD). Subsequently, I cleared a technical round and a Human Resources (HR) interview. Overall, the process was straightforward with minimal questioning.
