Very simple and straight forward. A little slow moving. Had two interviews with successful Financial Advisers who worked in the office followed by a third interview with a branch manager. Questions about my background, why now ? and Why Merrill Lynch? What separates me from anyone else?
The interview process included a phone call with a recruiter followed by a meeting with the VP of PMD program. Then there was a test and a meeting with the office’s MD and VP of the PMD program. I was then asked to prepare a business plan which I presented to several VPs in a final round interview.

Applied online and had a video interview followed by Two in person Interviews- One with Performance Manager, basic behavioral questions and reviewing resume. Also reviewed the position job duties and responsibilities. Second with panel discussing business plan and additional questions.
