final round: On-site superday, talked to nine people on the team including the Managing Director

I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Merrill
Interview
Applied through university career center and heard back within two weeks about a first round on campus interview. The on campus interview was one on one and very relaxed. After the first round I heard back within two days about another round in the office. The office interview was 2 on 1 and very behavioral.

Two 30 minute phone interviews. Spoke to upper management and then an individual on the specific team I ended up working for. It was not a very difficult process in comparison to other firms.
