      I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Merrill (Austin, TX) in Mar 2022

      Interview

      The interview process was three rounds. First round with HR as a screening interview. Second and third with supervisors in the development program. The application process took a couple weeks; However, the interview process lasted two days with the first interview on the first day and the second and third on the next day.

      I applied through university. I interviewed at Merrill (Waco, TX)

      Interview

      3 video calls. You talk to people on both the Bank of America and Merril side. Also have to create a business plan that you discuss in the call. Calls generally flow like a conversation.

      Ask you to create your Business plan on how to Build your own Book of Business. Sounds like they are only accepting people well connected with high networth clients.

      I interviewed at Merrill

      Interview

      two 30 minute one-on-one interviews, much more behavioral rather than technical. Spoke with one Financial Advisor and the intern supervisor. Questions were mostly about past experience and personality. Overall, it was a very positive interview experience and the interviewers were very personable and friendly.
