Interview
I had two rounds of interviews. The first was with the HR Manager and a Solutions Architect, and covered a coding question to understand my thought process, followed by a few behavioral questions. It was a relaxed and pleasant conversation overall. The second round was with the CEO and focused on my interest in the healthcare space and how that aligns with the company’s direction.

Interview
My interview with Mesh Bio was disappointing due to the unprofessional and condescending behaviour of the senior solutions engineer. During a live coding task, I couldn’t recall the exact syntax for the Python if __name__ == '__main__' statement as I had not touched Python in a while. Instead of allowing me to look it up, I was left trying out different variations while the interviewer just watched. No guidance was provided, and it wasn’t until I pointed out that I couldn’t realistically fix this without checking documentation that he realised his expectation was unreasonable and let me search. The whole interaction felt less like a technical evaluation and more like a power trip — testing memory for trivial syntax under pressure rather than actual problem-solving skills. Overall, it was an unprofessional and unproductive experience.
