Fairly straightforward. A mix of behavioral and technical questions, strong screen for cultural fit. Very nice people. Definitely more conceptual technicals in nature, no paper LBOs / model tests. Just started and really enjoy it so far

The first round was very straightforward. Just resume questions and what is an LBO. The interviewer was very sweet and easy to talk to. It was for 30 mins and was just behavioral questions.
