I applied through an employee referral. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Meso Scale Diagnostics in Sept 2022
Interview
Met engineers at a career fair and was invited for a phone interview four days later. After that phone interview, I was invited to another phone interview that took place a week later. I was then invited to an online interview, with five different rounds, all one on one except one of them, which had two engineers. They were with engineers ranging from principals and IV to VPs. I was then ghosted till I contacted my original contact 18 days later. I was given positive feedback but was told no decisions would be made so far from graduation, and they'd contact me closer to graduation. I was then invited for an in-person chat as some engineers would be coming to my school. After that, I have received no further communication regarding the position.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions were mainly behavioral, asking about my background and how I handled situations. There were some technical questions during the five-round interview; one interviewer had specific problems. One FBD, one fluids, one beam bending.

Interview
3 rounds, HR, virtual, on site. on site met 3 group of people, did not ask many technical question, was going well. but they asked robotics related question, which I don't know much (not in job description).
It was two rounds of interviews: 1 screening with hiring manager and 1 multi person panel. Questions leaned on the technical side more than behavioral side so good to review fundamental concepts beforehand
