Communication with candidates close to none. After applying for the role I received an immediate email sayings tanks for applying again. Then nothing for two weeks. When I finally got an interview request people were genuinely apologetic. However after the interview I received no feedback and no communication as if I never applied. The interview itself was all about them, I got no opportunity to understand how they work and what their view of the world is. Rapid fire questions allowed no time for debate or discussion. The interview gave a strong impression that the internal culture is all about compliance and not asking questions. I didn’t get an offer but even if I did I would’ve declined as working in an environment where question “why” is seen as undesirable is not for me.
