I applied through other source. I interviewed at Messagepoint (Toronto, ON) in Sept 2017
Interview
Contacted through a referral process on another social media platform for a confidential role.
Process was a 3 week duration.
The interview was by phone with VP HR, then the VP and then the 2 Directors over a 2 week period.
Semi-final candidates met everyone in person in the Toronto offices.
Got the call 2 days later, that I wasn't selected to meet the CEO.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Messagepoint
Interview
I was asked to come and had 3 interviews. I wasn't given the job. A big wast of time. They could have told me after the second interview.
They then called me about 2 months later asking me if I still was interested.
I asked what happened and got a crazy story about someone they hired over me and that this person turned out to be a bit crazy.
I took the position as I had nothing at the time in local distance and this local for me. I thought I would try it out.
After working I then realized that the staff and management make jokes and fun of everyone in the company. They talk behind everyone's back.
It's sad but it's the truth!
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Messagepoint (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2015
Interview
I was contact by an agency for the interview and was told that they are looking for a manual QA role. In the interview they asked me highly techie questions. I felt like they need a programmer but want to pay for qa salary.
