If you pass that you go to Interview 2
If you pass that then you get the Offer

Interview
Long interview process (3-4 weeks). Communication could have been better. 1 week on the take-home assignment followed by an interview about the assignment and industry. Final interview seemed like a culture/fit type of interview.
Given research and content related assignments to do that they would clearly use later in their blog/newsletter. Completely ghosted me after getting their work done for them. Completely unprofessional interview process.
