I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MetaSource (Draper, UT) in Mar 2017
Interview
After applying online, I received a phone call about a week later from the HR assistant. Went over basic information. After answering a few questions we set up an interview for the following day. Met with the recruiter of HR for the interview. Interviewed for about 20-30 mins, went over questions and the job process.
They let me know it would be a day or two before they should have an idea of who they would be choosing as their candidate. I didn't hear anything from them for a week, I emailed the HR assistant asking if they had made a decision and they respond back with a no not yet. Still nothing after another week. Emailed the HR assistant again and they responded with "they were making the decision right then and that I was not chosen, but to apply for future openings". After reading other reviews about the company I realized this wasn't a company I wanted to work for in the end and was relieved that I didn't get the job. Especially with how they never actually reached back out to me to let me know I didn't get the job but that I had to keep reaching out to hear back.
