My overall interview experience was pathetic I did not expect such thing with a reputated organization. I applied through a referral and i got the call from HR very next day to ask for availablity for weekend(they conduct drive almost every weekend) HR told me there will be 2 technical and 1 HR round. After clearing both technical rounds. HR discussed salary policies and all company update(as per my knowledge, that info is shared by the offered candidates). Along with HR asked me to come on wednesday to sign the offer and commitment letter and block my calendar. On Tuesday. I called the HR for asking few doubts of mine regarding policy then he told that there will be one more managerial discussion and then i wil call you for face to face meeting.After that managerial round, HR did not give me any update since 3 days. When i dropped him a mail and ask regarding status, he called and said sorry we are not going to offer you. Please reapply in future
