      Executive Assistant Interview

      9 Apr 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Holland, MI
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Metal Flow (Holland, MI) in Jan 2012

      Interview

Extensive interview process with top level management. Interviewed with the head of HR, President, CEO and Vice President. They asked about my background, experience, best / worst employment situation; how I would handle difficult customers/ difficult colleagues; what ideas I had for improvement of business processes; ideas for marketing products; recruiting top talent. They were very excited about my diverse background and variety of skills including HR, marketing and corporate training. The position I applied evolved as they got to know my skill set which opened up more opportunities for growth and advancement.
