Complete waste of time.
-Initial phone screen with recruiter about the role.
-Asked to come on site for an interview with an engineer.
No technical questions. Waited 30 mins for a 5 min conversation that could have happened over the phone. I mentioned i lived two hours away. Not a big deal if they took the time to assess my technical skills onsite (how every tech/startup does it).
-Then got sent an evaluation take home assignment which was to build a calculator in Golang
-Followed up several times and did not hear back
I applied online. I interviewed at Metals.com (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2019
Interview
It was a very simple process of them asking questions, and me answering them. After they interview, Shiloh came in and asked when I could start and I said tomorrow..and he said good..."We have a training class starting tomorrow." SOMETIMES LIFE IS SIMPLE! We make it complicated.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Metals.com (Los Angeles, CA) in Jun 2019
Interview
Quick and efficient. They make sure you have what it takes. They ask questions to find out if you are a hard worker and money driven. Overall a great interview.
