1. a screener call
2. then an onsite interview with the person who screened. Then... nothing. I had to chase HR to find out what was going on,
3. finally told I had a second on-site interview. This was with a manager and his manager.
The initial phase of this went well, then the upper manager came in with his "101 of stupid interview questions" crib sheet firmly memorised.
A pity, as the stupid interview questions really hindered the company getting a CSM who could do this job really quite well (although knowing I would have to work with this upper manager really made me question whether I wanted to work here).
After this, the HR team then went silent, even though I was told I would hear something the next week. Had to chase AGAIN. So happy that you invest all this time in researching the company, the expense of coming in to the interview and they don't even have the courtesy of getting back to you.
