Panel interview with the unit director and two other members of different departments. They were very nice. Interview was quick and the questions were simple. I was asked about my work experience and why I wanted to work there.

Initial Zoom screening interview to see get some basic information about you. Then the following week a second in person interview with the team you're going to work with. Then the following week came the job offer.
