3 step process. I applied via LinkedIn and was asked a few questions via email by HR coordinator. Then I had a phone interview with 2 members of marketing team. Finally, a 1.5 hour interview with the 2 members from marketing team and managing partner.
Questions were not the standard "what are your strengths" types of questions, besides the general, "tell me about yourself" question. It was very conversational and they generally allowed me lots of time to ask questions. Melissa, the managing partner, was not necessarily a hard interviewer, in my opinion, but she did ask rapid fire questions.
There was also an open-ended social media test at the end. Nothing too tricky, more a process of feeling out your writing style. I was given an hour for that.
