The interview was initially a short online interview. After that, I was invited to attend an in person interview. It had a relaxed and conversational feel and I felt comfortable and at ease.

Questions related to the job description.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Metricell in Jan 2020
Interview
Smooth, Casual, Informal interview process with a single member of staff. Since starting other interviews have been with 2-3 employees so maybe I was just lucky! Casual conversation rather than a full grilling.

Question 1
What you can bring to the company, how you would benefit company culture
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Metricell (Horsham, England)
Interview
First interview was pleasant enough, the site is nice and staff were friendly. I was given a relevant task to complete which took about 15 minutes but afterwards there was no discussion or analysis of the task which I found particularly odd.
Following on from that I was invited back to a second interview which went about the same. Although this time I had a few more questions about the business, which both the interviewers struggled to answer with any real detail.
Nevertheless it was nice to be asked back and I waited to hear the outcome. 8 days went by and no correspondence came. They had been very prompt up until this point so in the end I felt it best to get in touch and see how things were progressing - 6 hours later I received a poorly put together email informing me I'd been unsuccessful. Guess they needed a little prompting?
I'm sure this is an ok place to work but it seems a bit shambolic in basic etiquette. Face to face they are welcoming but the interviewing structure and communication is rudimentary.
