Very detailed. Concern more about where you will end up and what type of person you are. There is an emphasis on personality type - be aggressive and respectful. You should come prepared knowing some things about the company / industry. Do not be passive, be decisive.

Interview
Initially, standard HR screening with a request to record for AI analysis. Then two PI Assessments. Then first interview with RSM and OPs Manager. The HR talent acquisition was excellent, respectful, and very communicative. One of the best I have ever met. Then, it went downhill with the hiring managers.
