Met with CEO and together we assessed how I might add value to the organization. Immediate needs were collaboratively developed and a proposal was submitted. And, approved by the Board of Directors. Apparently, there were no difficulties in appointment and a 3-year contract was offered. At the end of the first contract I was reappointed and extended my engagement for an additional 2 years.
