Metropolitan Transit System, San Diego interview questions

There were several phone interviews and then a final panel interview in person. They asked behavior based and technical questions. The interview panel was looking for competency as well as cultural fit. All in all a good experience with nice people.

The office is in a very unsafe area which was not disclosed. Very difficult to get access to the building. Had to stand in line at the metal detector with the homeless people waiting to use the restroom.
