Interviewed with the CEO (not the current one). He was focused on product to the exclusion of everything else, which was reflected in poor internal communication and employee morale. He didn't seem to see that as his job and was quite dismissive of spending his time in this area, which was the focus of the job. It just didn't seem important to him, which was quite demoralising.
