Interview
On the first day I interviewed with 3 different managers/principals separately for around 2 hours. On another day I interviewed with another manager for approximately 30 minutes. Finally, on a different day I interviewed with the CEO, for about 15-20 minutes.

They primarily focused on two things: 1) how would my previous experience be useful to the company; 2) did I have a strong interest in business practices and the financial sector.

In person interview with 3 members of the team. They managed to accommodate my schedule and conduct all interviews on the same day. Communication was clear during the scheduling process.

The best question they asked was about some of the special interests that I listed on my resume. It was good because it showed they wanted to get to know more about me and also made me think on my feet as I was not expecting questions of that nature.
