The interview process was very friendly. Initially, personal aspects were discussed to assess my willingness to accept the position in the location requested by the employer. Subsequently, more technical topics related to the role were addressed. Throughout the process, the interviewer maintained a respectful and cordial attitude.

Pretty much iv for your ablity to face pressure. High turnover rate. Too many workload. Micromanage management. Complain about quality but give no time to troubleshoot and always kena blame.
