Got the call through consultant. All rounds were F2F. Had 2 F2F rounds then the HR told that the feedback from both is positive. And he will arrange for Skype for further 2 rounds. I called him the next day. Still he said the same, he will arrange for Skype round. Then did't hear from him anything for next 2 days. Then he did't picked the call. So i sent mail. Then they replied that my feedback is negative. How came a positive feedback turned into negative feedback. That too without any explanation. Have heard the same from other people as well. The HR seems to be just playing around with candidates. Also the 1st round was weird. The person himself does not seems to have proper knowledge. 2nd round was superb. One of the best and knowledgeable Java interviews ever given.
