Interview process is not that helpful. The second round talks about presenting what you do currently.
Here the concerns have cropped in.
All the stakeholders (6) are supposed to be in call but only 2 can make it.
Additionally, the second round only asks for a presentation on your current role and a project experience but you would be judged on your entire career, which I felt was very unfair.
Frankly, the interviewer were good but the judgement was too fast.
Would not recommend this mode of interview if that is not clear to all stakeholders.

Interview
Be Aware Product Manager!!
Based on my experience, I strongly believe that MIQ advertises a fake product manager role to attract experienced professionals. They assign candidates a task that appears to be related to their actual business challenges, along with several internal documents, and expect them to invest multiple days in solving it. However, once they receive the detailed work, they completely disappear. This is highly unethical, as it takes advantage of people actively seeking opportunities in the job market.

they will go through your CV and straight send a lengthy task.

Interview
Terrible experience both with HR and hiring manager. They were unprepared for the interviews and seemed like they didn't care about the candidate. The HR person didn't even let me talk about any experience previous to my current employer.
