I found out about the position through a recruiter I was working with. Michael Foods was interested in having me come in for an interview. I met with 4 individuals (1 from HR and 3 from the accounting department). The interviews started out with me talking about myself and then I was asked more in depth about my past experiences. All the question wwere expected and I had prepared answers to most of the questions. The initial interview went very well and I was informed that I would be having a final interview. The job came down to me and another candidate. The final round of interviews I met with the same people plus one additional person in the accounting department and the questions were more behavioral questions. Michael Foods is a work hard play hard environment and the want to see people excel in a team setting.
