The interview was really basic. I can't remember too many of the questions, but I think they asked me why I wanted to work there, how I would deal with a difficult customer, and asked what I did at my last retail position. They weren't interested in any of my work history anywhere else because they weren't retail positions. I was offered the position on the spot.

Done over the phone, just a simple phone screening talking with the Store Manager. It was fairly short, only around 15-20 minutes. The manager asked about experience on my resume, as well as my availability.
