I applied online. I interviewed at Michelman in Apr 2026
Interview
Roughly 5 months process in total with little clarity along the way. Multiple phone interviews, zoom interviews, and a half day on site interview. This also included multiple informal phone calls and emails between interviews to build that relationship. Each official step had weeks in between. After my onsite interview that went very positively according to them, they ghosted for over 2 months before sending me an automated rejection. You are expected to commit a lot of time to this process with very little respect for your own schedule, especially in the lack of transparency designed around their own convenience at the expense of yours. Oh well, most individuals were very kind to me.

We recognize there are many meetings however we want to be sure candidates have the opportunity to meet several Michelman associates to fully understand both the possible complexity of the position we offer and our culture.
