I applied online. I interviewed at Michels in Mar 2026
Interview
Applied on a Thursday. The next Monday I got an email from the manager asking to setup a time to talk. He called me right away since I was available. I explained my back ground a bit. Asked him tentative start date if offered the position and he said how about in a week. I said that works and he told me he would send an offer over in an hour. 15 minute long phone call with offer on phone. That’s how it should be.
Michels Corporation emphasizes safety, teamwork, and strong field work ethic. Employees must handle demanding infrastructure projects like power lines and substations while working safely, collaborating with crews, and supporting project success.
I applied online and received an email to set up a screening phone call within the week. After talking with the recruiter I was told I would hear back within a week to set up an interview or would receive an email if I was no longer in consideration, they then proceeded to ghost me.
