I applied through university. I interviewed at Micro Interventional Devices
Interview
I interviewed with a lot of top people at the company. They asked me a lot about projects I had worked on and why I wanted to work in medical devices. There weren’t a lot of technical questions

Question 1
What skills do you have that would be a benefit to the company?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Micro Interventional Devices (Newtown, PA) in Feb 2014
Interview
It was actually quite appealing, I took about 20 minutes with each of the 8 employees present that day, for what was relatively casual but still employment relevant discussion. The CEO had the most pressing questions. Marketing, Two Engineers, and three officers of the company all took time to ask me questions, and each one was willing to ask if I had any questions myself. It seemed like a caring group of people, and it seemed at the time, which later turned out to be true- that they all had quite a good rapport with one another. The CEO is a difficult man to please, but it drives the company very adeptly towards a promising future. wish that I had still worked there.
