Phone call between HR, then final in person interview with some technical questions. Questions include a couple Yes or No about skills. Some resume questions about past experiences. Overall easy experience.
I interviewed at MicroLogic Associates (Parsippany, NJ)
Interview
It's pretty easy it was 3 round interview process. I did the first interview over the phone, then the 2nd on person with the director of the department and last the COO

Question 1
He asked questions about my work history and how I navigate rough situations
I applied online. I interviewed at MicroLogic Associates in Sept 2024
Interview
Unreal. The interview was an infuriating two minutes. Asked if I was willing to relocate. I said yes. Asked what my salary requirements are. I said 80-90 (they posted 60-80 on the description). She immediately says she doesn't want to go forward with the interview. I asked why. She said because of my salary requirements and relocation. I have ten years of experience, already said I would relocate, and my salary was in their range, yet she immediately ends the interview and gets argumentative.
