I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MicroSeismic (Houston, TX)
Interview
Applied on their website and got an interview request within a week or two. The first interview was over Zoom with the CEO and founder of MicroSeismic. It was pretty standard with discussions over experience, qualifications, and geophysical topics. Make sure to clarify whether he’s asking about MicroSeismic the company or micro seismic the geophysical topic. Overall it was a pretty relaxed first stage interview. I found out within a week that I was selected for an in person, second stage interview at their Houston office. When I arrived it was fairly laid back, but I was dismayed at the lack of employees to talk to as I only met with a handful. The welcome by the CEO and assistant were very welcoming and they made time for me and answered my questions. The time spent at the office was a couple hours as I received a tour of the office and talked with a few employees. Overall, the interview process was quick and welcoming.
